In Default Mode, the FS-11's Switch 1 provides a straightforward way to switch between two patches. These patches can be easily selected and customised using Blackstar's free Architect software. Additionally, Switch 2 allows you to toggle all saved patch effects on or off, providing instant control over your tone.
For users who prefer a more sequential approach, Alternative Mode offers a unique "loop" function. In this mode, pressing Switch 1 triggers Patch Down, while Switch 2 triggers Patch Up. As you cycle through the patches, they will follow a predetermined sequence, allowing for seamless transitions between different sounds.
In Manual Mode, the effect of each switch will depend on its last state. Pressing Switch 1 will return the amplifier to Patch Mode, while pressing Switch 2 will toggle the effects off and on without reverting to Patch Mode.
