Wampler has enhanced the original circuit's flexibility by adding two toggle switches. The Gain switch offers three distinct gain levels. The centre position provides the original voicing of the circuit, ideal for those seeking the classic tone. Moving the switch left or right engages two additional gain stages - one with a smooth, controlled boost and the other delivering aggressive, high-output distortion with enhanced harmonic saturation.
