Built on the iconic McCarty platform, this limited-edition model brings together classic design elements, such as the McCarty Sunburst finish and moon inlays, with the unique features of Grissom's personal guitar, making it highly sought after by players and collectors alike.
One of the standout features of this guitar is its semi-hollow construction, offering enhanced resonance and a rich, lively tone. The combination of a mahogany body and an "Artist Grade" maple top delivers warmth and clarity, while the 10" radius, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard, and 25" scale length mahogany neck ensure comfort and playability. The "Artist Grade" maple top features some stunning figuring and is a real standout feature. PRS guitars are always known for their incredible timber, but these particular DGT's are a real step up. The DGT neck shape and 1 11/16" nut width are designed for a familiar yet refined feel, making it versatile for different playing styles.
