2 models in the Nik Huber range that really stand out to us, and in our opinion really demonstrate Nik’s incredible design vision, are the Piet and the Surfmeister. I mean, look at them, they are just exquisite!

Let’s talk about the Surfmeister first, it’s a modern design that refers back to all our favourite vintage features. With a Semi-Hollow Mahogany Body, topped with Curly/Flame Maple, the Surfmeister boasts a tone steeped in depth and richness. Sherwood Green is an iconic colour and it’s utilised with finesse here, adding a touch of sophistication.While the Body Top and Back Creme Binding not only provides an aesthetic touch but also contributes to the instrument's overall character.

The Vintage Tinted SDF Maple Neck features an East Indian Rosewood Fingerboard, beautifully inlaid with Sterling Silver Ring Inlays. With 22 Medium Jumbo Frets over a 25.5" Scale Length, the Surfmeister offers a versatile and comfortable playing experience. The 10"-14" Compound Radius and the Dolphin Standard Neck Profile make it effortless to navigate the fretboard, whether you're playing searing leads or gentle chords.

The guitar is equipped with Häussel Tronebucker pickups, each adorned with Aged Nickel Covers, it’s precision wrapped up in a tonne of cool!

The PIet is a different beast entirely, but no less ferocious! Designed for finesse and power, its beauty is in the traditional simplicity of its design. Body woods can vary but we have incredible versions featuring Swamp Ash and Okoume, both are light but super resonant. 

At its heart, the Piet is a real versatile little player, offering a supremely comfortable playing experience while delivering the kind of tone that can cover all bases. With a 25.5" scale length, it's a modern design with a real vintage soul. The East Indian Rosewood fingerboard looks great and feels ever better. The dot inlays look truly stunning, perfectly complementing the aesthetic. every element of this guitar has been considered to the highest level..

The Piet features a Harry Häussel Goldfoil style P-90 in the bridge and a single neck pickup. These pickups are beautifully dynamic and provide great clarity. With a Master Volume and Master Tone paired with a 3-Way Switch you can really sculpt this beauty to your own personal tastes.
