With his unique blend of blues and metal, Eric is a serious talent, whether it’s his tasty blues infused riffs or his Dimebag-esque fleet fingered lead lines, you can’t help but be inspired by his playing!

So let’s start with the amp, the epicentre of this tonal behemoth. Introducing the Mezzabarba Custom Amplification Eric Steckel M-Zero Overdrive, a collaboration between Eric and Pierangelo Mezzabarba, one of the most highly thought of European amp designers. 

Taking the existing M-Zero platform, and tweaking it to Eric's own personal specifications, the ES signature version boasts an increase in gain, low mids, bass, and depth, while the Presence knob works to add aggression and upper mid attack.

The dual channel platform offers four sounds, with the Drive channel featuring Boost and Brite switches with the Extra Boost controlled by a footswitch. The Preamp controls include Drive (Ch.1), Overdrive (Ch.2), Bass, Middle, Treble, Volume 1, and Volume 2, while the Power Amp controls offer Presence, Depth, and Feedback for power amp overtones. Utilising the traditional tonewood powerhouse combo of Mahogany and Maple, this Knaggs boasts a super thick body with almost no back carve, it’s super resonant and delivers a monster tone!

The neck features block inlays and boasts a sweet old school vibe 3 a side headstock. With a 24.75" Scale length, 22 frets and a 12" radius it is smooth, beautifully finished and balanced, with great access right up the neck this guitar is at home playing a wide range of styles.
