For those who prefer higher gain tones, the ODR-1X introduces a switchable hi-gain boost, adding extra saturation and sustain for hard rock and heavier styles. This gain boost, along with the standard on/off function, can be controlled remotely via a dedicated input jack, making it easy to integrate into complex pedalboard setups or switching systems. The pedal also features Nobels' unique SPECTRUM tone control, which simultaneously adjusts bass and treble frequencies to shape the overall character of the overdrive with a single knob.
