A real legacy instrument, the Aquila offers traditional features fused with the modern appointments that players crave.

This Aquila benefits from a lovely T.E.W Swamp Ash body. This process really helps to stabilise the wood and helps to reduce any excess moisture, this also helps with resonance and sustain. The Monolith Daphne Blue Nitro finish looks super slick and has been aged to perfect, Mayones have spent many years perfecting their ageing techniques and this particular Aquila is a great example of their abilities. Due to the thin nature of the Nitrocellulose finish, the wood is able to resonate more effectively, giving this guitar a power voice!

The T.E.W Maple neck is super secure and really comfortable, you can navigate this guitar with ease. The dark Rosewood fingerboard looks super slick and is adorned with 5mm Abalone dot inlays. It also features stainless steel frets, a 25.4” scale length, and a 12” radius.

The pickup choice really brings this guitar to life, with a duo of Mayones's very own Velvetrone pickups you get a great full frequency range and a really dynamic response. The Ironside bridge pickup is like a sledgehammer and produces a high output, focused tone. The Solium neck humbucker is balanced in response and is harmonically rich, it's perfect for soulful leads and silky cleans! With a Hipshot 6 bridge and Gotoh 510 locking tuners, this guitar offers flawless tuning stability and intonation.
