KSR Vesta | 3 Channel Preamp
90's High Gain And Classic Crunch
If you're a fan of the high-gain sounds of the 80's and 90's then you'll feel right at home with the KSR VESTA. Delivering smooth, chunky, thick, and more low-mid focus tones this pedal captures the best of fan-favourite vintage high-gain amps. It is incredibly responsive to the input level, meaning it cleans up nicely with the guitar's volume control or pushes to the max with boosts, just like the amps that inspired its creation.

Both the Rhythm and Lead channels feature individual active 3-band EQs, volume, and gain controls as base but KSR bring their A-game with their Bright, Feel, and Mode switches. The Bright switches work just like a typical gain pot bright capacitor in that the lower the gain setting, the more the effect. The Feel switches give the channel either a fat, tight, or thick feel. The Mode switches let you customise each channel even more by changing up the gain structure to get either crunch, full saturation, or vintage high gain. Whilst the Rhythm channel is tighter and more aggressive, the Lead channel is more compressed and smoother and fatter overall.
One of KSR's unique pedal features is the included 3 bypass modes - this is where the 3rd channel comes into play. With the option of setting the Bypass mode of the pedal to be either true bypass (for no effect on your guitar signal), buffered (to help drive your other pedals in the chain), or clean mode. When set to clean mode, the Tone and Level controls of the clean channel come into play and the pedal becomes a tweakable clean pre-amp that is designed not to break up when the level increases. With all these channel and bypass options, you can be sure that you know what mode you're in as each one has a unique coloured backlit KSR logo status indicator. The pedal also features a 3.5mm TRS control input for external switching.
KRS proudly manufactures each pedal completely in their facility in Cincinnati and all CNC machining, powder coating, laser etching, circuit board assembly are performed in-house - no outsourcing.
