The guitar features a 17" wide, 2.5" deep maple body with advanced Arc-Tone bracing. This bracing system includes torrefied maple tone bars and arc-shaped spruce support braces under the bridge area, providing enhanced sustain, crisp note attack, and excellent feedback control. This design maintains the open voice expected from a Gretsch hollow body guitar.
A 12" radius ebony fingerboard with rolled edges and 22 medium jumbo frets tops a 25.5" scale maple neck with a standard "U" shaped profile, offering smooth playability. The glow-in-the-dark Luminlay side dots ensure precision fretting in low-light settings.
Equipped with direct-mounted PRO-FT Filter'Tron humbucking pickups featuring Alnico 2 and Alnico 5 magnets in the neck and bridge respectively, this guitar delivers authentic Gretsch tone with enhanced punch, projection, and note definition. The control setup includes a three-position pickup toggle switch, individual volume controls for neck and bridge pickups, a master volume control with a treble bleed circuit, and a master no-load tone control with a "Squeezebox" capacitor.
