With a Mahogany body, this Les Paul benefits from a Plain Maple top for the ultimate tonewood partnership. Rich and super resonant it offers premium tone and timeless aesthetics, while the VOS Goldtop finish looks a million dollars and really allows the wood to breathe and the natural tone to sing through.
The Mahogany neck is topped with a crisp Rosewood fingerboard with classic Gibson Trapezoid inlays, this guitar looks every bit the real deal. With a 24.75" scale length, hide glue fit and narrow tall frets, it retains that classic Les Paul feel. The ABR-1 bridge with nickel-plated brass saddles and lightweight aluminium stopbar offers an authentic vintage vibe.
Another defining feature of this Les Paul is the custom wound Gibson Custom Soapbar P90 pickups. These pickups produce a raw and powerful tone that helped define the blues and rock in their formative years, These alnico 5 pickups will cut through the mix like anything whilst retaining amazing tonal sensitivity.
