The Gibson Charlie Starr Les Paul Junior authentically reproduces Charlie's go-to Junior. It features a super resonant Mahogany body, which allows for unprecedented sustain and tonal power! Finished with a slick Dark Walnut Nitrocellulose lacquer this Les Paul Junior is poised and ready for action. It’s extremely well weighted and feels great against the body, this sure is one super inspiring guitar!
The Mahogany neck features a custom 50’s neck profile shaped to Charlie’s exact specifications. It feels great underhand and allows for quick and easy movements right across the neck. The Rosewood fingerboard is dark in colour and features traditional dot inlays alongside a 43.053mm nut width.
With a singular custom overwound P-90 pickup this Les Paul Junior is just bursting with tone. This pickup is super dynamic and responsive it really does pickup every nuance and detail within your playing. With Grover Rotomatic tuners and an adjustable wraparound bridge with locking studs you can expect incredible stability, this Junior sure won’t let you down!
It comes packed in a Historic Les Paul Junior "Gator Skin" hardshell case and includes a Charlie Starr Signature Ceramic Slide and Hey Ya'll sticker, complete with Charlie's original misspelling. Only 250 units will be made worldwide, don’t miss out!
