The Alder body is typically comfortable thanks to the lush sweeping curves, and with an Aged Fiesta Red finish and Journeyman Relic it looks real slick. Authentically aged, this finish will wear beautifully with time and develop its own character even further. The thin nitro finish also allows the natural resonance of the body to sing and sustain much more effectively.
The medium tint Quartersawn Maple neck features a 60 J-Bass "U" profile and a sweet AAA Rosewood fingerboard, designed for precision and comfort; it's equally at home playing big low end root notes or technical work further up the neck.
Loaded with hand-wound Fender Vintage J Bass rhythm and lead pickups, you get period correct Fender tone; there's no mistaking that signature Fender bass thump.
