Warranty Info

At Peach Guitars, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products, and we stand behind the craftsmanship of the instruments we sell. To ensure your peace of mind, all new products purchased from Peach Guitars come with a minimum 12-month warranty (3-month on used items) to cover manufacturing defects or faults. It's important to note that different manufacturers may have varying policies on warranty coverage, so we encourage you to refer to the product manual or the manufacturer's website for specific details on their warranty policies.

Quality Control and Setup

When you purchase a guitar from Peach Guitars, rest assured that your instrument has undergone a thorough Quality Control (QC) and Setup process. Our in-store technicians, along with the initial QC by the manufacturer, work diligently to ensure that your new guitar meets the highest standards before dispatch.

If, upon receiving your instrument, you have any concerns regarding setup or QC issues, please consult our Terms & Conditions here and reach out to us promptly.

Warranty Coverage

In the unfortunate event that your product develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service team at 01206 765 777 or info@peachguitars.com. Provide your order details and a detailed description of the issue. Including photo or video evidence, if possible, will assist our team in quickly diagnosing the fault and providing troubleshooting advice or guiding you through the warranty return procedure.

For issues requiring a warranty repair, please note that as we are based in the UK, any product returned for warranty repair must be sent to the store at your cost. International customers should be aware of potential heavy fees associated with returning items from outside the UK. In some cases, our service team may suggest a local repair at your own cost as this may likely be a more cost and time-efficient solution for simple repairs. Peach Guitars will cover the return of the repair/replacement items to you.

Please note all Valves/Tubes are considered Consumable Items, and have a maximum warranty period of 90 days from delivery. If you believe you have an issue with an amplifier or related product within this time frame and believe the Valves/Tubes are the cause, please get in touch with our Customer Service team who will do their best to troubleshoot and assist you.

Extended Warranty Period

If you encounter issues or faults outside the 12-month warranty period, check with the manufacturer directly to see if they offer an extended warranty period. Ensure that you have registered your product with them, if applicable, as some manufacturers provide additional warranty coverage through registration.

Warranty Repair/Replacement Turnaround

Upon receiving your item and confirming the fault, our Service Team will work diligently to resolve all warranty enquiries as quickly as possible. Please note that firm ETA's on repair times may not always be available, as factors such as parts availability and shipping times can affect the turnaround. In instances where a repair is not possible or if the fault persists after multiple attempts, Peach Guitars or the manufacturer may provide a suitable replacement. All warranty repairs and replacements are subject to the discretion of Peach Guitars or the Manufacturer.
