Cort X200 Silver

The Cort X200 is designed for high performance, prioritising player comfort and speed. This guitar features a 24-fret configuration, engineered to provide easy access across the entire fretboard. The body's tilt and shape are specifically designed for a fast playing profile, complemented by a 400mm (15.75") radius fretboard.

For a strong and sharp sound, the X200 utilises Powersound noise-proof pickups, developed by Cort. These pickups have been tested and verified across multiple Cort guitar models. The H-S-H pickup configuration allows for a broad range of sounds, from clean tones to more intense, powerful outputs.

The guitar's body is constructed from poplar, a tonewood known for its sonic similarities to alder. Poplar delivers a full sound with prominent mid-range frequencies and a solid low-end, maintaining balance across the tonal spectrum. This makes the X200 suitable for a variety of musical genres and playing styles.

The 2-point tremolo system, featuring block saddles on a steel base plate, ensures tuning stability while offering vibrato flexibility. This system also contributes to solid tone transfer and maintains a modern aesthetic.

An ergonomically contoured arm cut on the guitar's top enhances both comfort and appearance. This body modification is designed to maximise player comfort without removing excessive amounts of wood. The X body's lines are designed for both aesthetic appeal and ergonomic practicality.

The hard maple neck provides structural strength and stability, delivering a defined and punchy sound. The Jatoba fingerboard, a dense and stiff wood, contributes to strong fundamentals and volume projection, emphasising high-mid frequencies.
