Favoured by some of the world's greatest players, including most famously Johnny Winter, Warren Haynes and Lynyrd Skynyrd's Allen Collins, the 2019 Firebird model pays tribute to the rich history of this iconic guitar.
The Mahogany body is finished in a lush Cherry with White pickguard for fresh, vibrant appeal. It's resonant and nicely balanced too, despite its larger size. The Mahogany/Walnut neck benefits from 22 frets, a 24.75" scale length, Slim Taper neck profile and a killer Rosewood fingerboard. Super stable and supremely comfortable this is a real player's guitar. Also boasting a standard reverse six-in-a-line headstock, it feels both authentically vintage and modern.
Loaded with a pair of Firebird Mini Humbucker pickups, the 2019 Gibson Firebird delivers tone by the bucket load. With a really unique sonic character it is versatile, dynamic and offers crystal clear note definition.
