Solid Sinker Redwood Top, Solid Walnut Back & Sides - Stunning Looks & Tones
This limited edition instrument is sure to become a collector's dream guitar. It pays homage to the special grains made famous for their use in beer making. It is absolutely stunning - both sonically and visually. The level of beauty and attention to detail are amazing, as can be seen in our photographs. The body shape hints at a round-shouldered dreadnought tone with trademark Martin voicing and that's exactly what you get; it sounds phenomenal. There's loads of thump and clarity to the the strings - it's louder than guitars in this style often are but still with the lovely compression that comes when strumming hard. It's the coming together of two great sonic signatures to make something unique and special. In terms of fingerpicking it excels: don't read that as your standard 'great for strumming or fingerstyle' line! It really does sound full, pingy and super clear - just as it does when the flatpick is used. This is an absolute winner - an opportunity to own something like this doesn't come up often.
