A traditional Alder body is finished in the iconic Daphne Blue, one of Fenders all time classic finishes, its a real beauty! Authentically aged, this finish will wear beautifully with time and develop its own character even further. The thin nitro finish also allows the natural resonance of the body to sing and sustain much more effectively.
The 60s Maple neck has a smooth finish and a Rosewood fingerboard. With a vintage radius and frets, the '60 Custom Shop Stratocaster can handle anything you throw at it without even breaking a sweat; it's supremely comfortable and well balanced.
With a trio of Fender Custom Shop Custom 60s pickups it delivers all the sweeping, versatile tones you would expect from a Strat. With a crisp harmonic content and a really refined and precise tone, the Custom 60s are some of the most versatile single coils around, a great choice for this guitar! This guitar also features a 3 way pickup selector rather than the more often seen 5 way.
This is a 2004 guitar and it does show some signs of use, it is however in really sweet condition for its age. Complete with hardcase, this is a great guitar for a brilliant price.
