Hughes and Kettner have long been associated with delivering powerhouse amps for electric guitarists, most notably Rush superstar Alex Lifeson, but never have they ventured into the growing world of acoustic amps. Until now, the Era 1 is an acoustic amp to rival the best.
Designed by renowned acoustic amp specialist and former AER main man Michael Eisenmann, the Era 1 promises to deliver the truest amplified acoustic tone ever. With 4 channels and 250 watts of power, this amp is designed for the stage.
Channels 1 and 2 are identical and offer a great platform for either vocals, instruments or both, with rich, detailed note definition and incredible clarity, the Era 1 also utilised a channel for external audio sources and a dedicated channel for line-level devices.
With a variety of built in effects and a powerful EQ section this is a comprehensive amp. With 16 effects in total including reverbs, delays and modulations, each effect can be midwifed to suit your requirements and saved as presets to be recalled. The Era 1 gives you everything you need t deliver a stellar performance every time.
