A traditional Mahogany body finished in a sleek Satin Cherry nitro comes loaded with 490R/490T humbuckers, versatile and with a wide tonal range these humbuckers feature Alnico magnets and have a touch more bite than a standard PAF-style pickup.
The slim taper neck and Rosewood fingerboard have a rich tone and are smooth and comfortable while the TekToid nut provides greater sustain and accurate pitch return. Topped off with vintage style keystone tuners for an authentic vintage look, the SG Special represents a great example of stylish functionality.
